For frozen merchants

Stripe froze your account? Get checkout back online in 10 minutes.

48h payouts. Crypto withdraw. Branded checkout on your own domain. We accept the high-risk categories Stripe, Shopify Payments and Airwallex reject without explanation.

What you get

The processor others don't want to be.

Built for merchants who already took a ban and need to get back online today — not in three weeks.

Anti-ban

Accepts high-risk categories

Supplements, nutraceuticals, replicas, generic dropshipping, CBD-adjacent. Whop (our processor) is high-risk friendly: no 21-day "risk review", no suspensions over "volume spikes".

48h payouts

Other PSPs sit on your cash for 7-21 days. Whop pays 48h after capture. No mandatory rolling reserve for verified merchants.

Crypto withdraw

If your fiat bank account is frozen, withdraw in USDC or BTC natively from the Whop dashboard. Built for merchants whose banks dropped them.

Checkout on YOUR domain

checkout.yourstore.com — not checkout.shopify.com, not checkout.stripe.com. Customers stay in your brand even after Stripe banned you.

Redundancy

Redundancy mode

Runs alongside Stripe as backup. If Stripe freezes you, WooshPayment takes the traffic. A/B split 50/50 to validate before switching fully.

Light KYC, no enterprise sales

No "risk officer" calls, no 90-day review, no enterprise contracts to DocuSign. Sign up, verify, online in hours.

Server-side pixels

Meta CAPI, TikTok Events API, GA4 server-side. Tracking keeps working when client-side is blocked (iOS 17, adblockers, post-ban events).

3D Secure + anti-fraud included

Same chargeback protection layer as Stripe, minus the "we're forced to suspend you". Automatic 3DS, blocked-card protection, per-transaction risk scoring.

Public pricing

No "talk to sales". WooshPayment €99/month flat, all-inclusive. Free Demo to configure everything, only pay when you go live. Whop's standard processing fees (~3%) are separate and not charged by us.

Compare

WooshPayment vs the PSPs that froze you

Stripe, Shopify Payments and Airwallex process payments until they ban you. We're the redundancy + replacement when that happens.

FAQ

The questions hitting my DMs every week

Stripe froze me. How is WooshPayment any different?+

WooshPayment uses Whop as the underlying processor. Whop has structurally different risk policies from Stripe: it's designed for categories Stripe systematically rejects (creators, supplements, dropshipping, replicas, some adult services). Payouts land in 48h vs Stripe's 7-day standard, and there's native crypto withdraw for merchants whose fiat banks dropped them. No magic — it's a processor with different DNA. The one thing we can't guarantee: if your category is explicitly on Whop's blacklist (e.g. weapons, unregulated gambling), we can't onboard you either. Signup tells you in 5 minutes whether you're accepted.

Do I have to be banned to use you? Can I prevent the ban?+

No, you don't have to be banned. In fact the best way to use WooshPayment is to install it next to Stripe as redundancy BEFORE you get frozen. Redundancy mode (Growth+) routes a % of traffic to Whop through WooshPayment: you validate it works, and if Stripe ever suspends you, you flip to 100% with zero downtime. Same logic as having two ISPs for your website: you don't wait for the first one to die to activate the second.

What categories do you accept? Supplements? Replicas? CBD?+

Whop (the underlying processor) accepts: generic dropshipping, supplements and nutraceuticals (with correct labeling), apparel including streetwear replicas, infoproducts and courses, software/SaaS, creators economy, some consulting services. Whop does NOT accept: weapons, illegal substances, unregulated gambling, explicit adult services, and other categories on their blacklist. For CBD: depends on country and product type (consumer-goods CBD-adjacent ok, pharmacological products no). Compliance check happens at signup. If we can't accept you, we tell you within 24h — we don't wait 3 months to let you know.

How fast do I get paid out?+

48 hours after capture for verified Whop merchants. Compare: Stripe 7 days standard, Airwallex 7-14 days, Shopify Payments 3-5 days. Payouts route automatically to your linked bank account (SEPA EU, ACH US, international SWIFT), or alternatively you can withdraw in USDC/BTC from the Whop dashboard if your fiat bank is acting up. No mandatory rolling reserve for verified merchants — although Whop may require one for extremely high-risk categories (e.g. chargeback rate >2%). Exact conditions are transparent in the Whop contract — no hidden clauses.

Can I use WooshPayment ALONGSIDE Stripe as redundancy?+

Yes, and that's what we recommend. Redundancy mode (Growth+) installs WooshPayment as a second checkout on your store. You configure an A/B split (e.g. 80% Stripe, 20% WooshPayment) from the merchant dashboard. If Stripe ever freezes you, you rebalance to 100% WooshPayment without deploying anything — the integration is already live, you just change the %. It's the smartest thing a dropshipper can do today: don't wait for the ban to start thinking about a plan B.

What is Whop? Are they regulated?+

Whop (whop.com) is a high-risk-friendly payment processor founded in 2021, US-based, registered as a money services business (MSB) with FinCEN. Processes billions $ annually for creators, DTC brands, communities, infoproducts. PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant — meaning card data never touches WooshPayment servers. Whop is particularly strong on creator payments, but serves any high-risk merchant the mainstream PSPs reject. Funded by a16z, Tiger Global — $250M+ raised. Not an underground processor — a real fintech, just with different risk policy than Stripe.

What fees do I pay?+

Whop's standard processing fees are ~2.9% + €0.30 per EU card transaction, similar to Stripe. For high-risk they can go higher (3.5-4.5%) — depends on category, you see it during Whop signup before going live. WooshPayment only charges its plan (€0/€29/€99 month), no per-transaction fees on our side. Signup is free and tells you within 24h whether Whop accepts you and at what fee %. No upfront cost to find out.

Is my customer data safe?+

Yes. All sensitive data (API tokens, Whop keys, store credentials) is encrypted at rest with AES-256, never exposed in plaintext. HTTPS-forced transmission with HSTS preload and TLS 1.3. Hosting on Vercel + Supabase EU (Frankfurt eu-central-1). Card payment data never touches our servers: PCI-DSS is handled by Whop. Our full Privacy Policy (wooshpayment.com/privacy) details sub-processors (Vercel, Supabase, Whop, Resend) and GDPR data-subject rights. External security audits performed annually.
