Refunds on WooshPayment subscriptions
WooshPayment subscriptions (Growth $29/month, Scale $99/month) are managed via Whop and billed monthly. You can cancel any time from the Billing section of the dashboard; the service stays active until the end of the billing cycle already paid. After that you automatically revert to the Starter plan (free).
Billing error: if you notice an anomalous or repeated charge, contact us within 60 days for a full refund.
Refunds on your customers' payments
Refunds on orders placed by end customers on your store are handled through Whop Payments. From your dashboard you can initiate a full or partial refund: WooshPayment forwards the request to Whop, which returns the funds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Whop transaction fees are NOT refunded on partial refunds; they are only refunded on full refunds initiated within 24 hours of the order. This policy depends on Whop and may change.
Full account cancellation
When you delete your WooshPayment account, the checkout is deactivated on your store within 5 minutes. Historical order data stays accessible for 90 days before permanent deletion (except mandatory tax records, which are retained for 10 years as required by Italian law).
How to request a refund

- Account email
- Payment date and amount
- Reason for the request
Response within 3 business days.
